Mudraforce Yoga Policies

  1. Please remove your shoes at the door upon arriving. This helps keep the studio clean.
  2. All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.
  3. No transfers. All products must be used for the person originally intended at the time of purchase.
  4. Arrive on time as I close the ringer as class begins. NO LATECOMERS MAY ENTER.
  5. Payment is due in full before class begins. Be sure to sign-in. Cards have an expiration date. Check carefully.
  6. You have a responsibility to notify the instructor BEFORE class if you have an injury or illness, or develop an injury. The instructor will gladly provide a safe alternative for you to incorporate into your practice.
  7. Feel free to ask questions before, during or after the class if something is not clear. If you have a question, chances are others share the same one.
  8. Give yourself permission to come out of a pose before the instructor says. Only you know your limits and it is best not to push the body beyond them. Do what you can, with what you have, with where you are. Practice being kind to yourself. Pushing yourself to keep up with others leads to injury, frustration and stress – the opposite of what yoga is about.
  9. In case of injuries, illness or vacations, cards can be prolonged ONLY with advance notification and confirmation. Please write me.
  10. The purpose of Naked Yoga is to explore our physical, spiritual and sensual selves. It is my intent to create an inviting, safe and non-cruising atmosphere. Anyone who is disrespectful, overtly sexual and disruptive will be asked not to return.
  11. Please shower before class. Feel free to use the mouthwash provided.
  12. Please refrain from using perfumes, essential oils, and strong deodorants.
  13. When possible, introduce yourself and talk to others before class. This makes your experience more fulfilling.
  14. When in doubt, ask.
