You are most welcome to join us for our anual YOGA and EROTIC MASSAGE retreat on a beautiful mountain side tucked away in the heart of Portugal. We will guide you through various practices to introduce you to the wonders of yoga if you are new or deepen your practice for those with experience. We will offer teachings and insights into your understanding of yourself and other men in a loving and respectful environment.

We will work with asanas (yoga postures), breathing, meditation, movement, dance, touch, massage and more.

This is a rural location lying in a mountain valley making this an ideal site for a yoga and massage retreat with the luxury of a saltwater pool which is quiet and very private. Single and double bedrooms. And lots of extra space including big terraces, beautiful gardens and a large terrain to explore in your free time.

Programme
This is a full programme retreat full of unforgettable workshops and classes with a little free time mixed into the schedule so as to have a little down time also. You have two very experienced teachers with a wondrous array of talents guiding you through a stimulating week, connecting inwards and outwards. Something you will never forget easily. Classes/workshops will be in english, and can be translated into french, dutch, german.

Price
Retreat: 890 €

For this price you will receive 3 delicious meals daily prepared by a professional Belgian chef, all yoga and meditation classes, workshops, guided tours.
We offer an early bird price for 840€ if you register before May 15th. (Payable in CAN$ is also possible)

Travel Plans

You are responsible for your flight and transportation to Quinta da Flores. The easiest way is to take a bus from Lisbon or Porto to Figueiro dos Vinhos. Then we will pick you up by car at Figueiro dos Vinhos, 10 minutes from the Quinta.

Massage de 60 minutes adapté à votre besoin et Yoga privé ou semi-privé,
Combiner massage et yoga, duo gagnant pour travailler des zones de tensions particulières, augmenter votre souplesse musculaire ou articulaire, régler un problème particulier.
Accès au Sauna sec infra rouge, au Spa nature extérieur 8 places, au Bain froid. Grand espace de détente au salon, possibilité de jeux de société de toutes sortes.

Échange de Massage
Ces échanges de massage sont généralement offerts une fois par mois pour les hommes qui sont prêts à continuer à explorer leur vie érotique. Ils fournissent l'occasion de donner et de recevoir un massage complet en incluant des éléments d'un massage érotique Taoist, en utilisant la respiration consciente, le mouvement et le toucher érotique. Ces échanges sont faits dans un encadrement respectueux, confortable et privé. Les participants sont tenus d'avoir de l'expérience antérieure avec le massage érotique ou d'avoir suivi une séance privée préliminaire avec David.
